Introducing...GRETCHEN!

Hi Everyone!


I would like to introduce you all to Gretchen. Besides my felted rocks I would say this is my first real needle felted project. For anyone who is hesitating about taking an online class...don’t hesitate...just do it! I am so happy with Gretchen she just makes me smile. I know she has lots of friends and even two sisters waiting to be born. Being a lampwork artist of course I had to make her beads and jewelry to match her out fit. Everyone who has seen her says it is a self portrait…. I am not sure if that is a good thing or bad..lol.


I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Barby for offering such a wonderful class. I did hesitate to take this class because it said intermediate but….. With Barby’s directions there is no way you could fail at this project. Even as a beginner! Barby was there whenever I had a question. Thank you, Barby from the bottom of my heart. You have helped me find a new passion.


I am leaving the end of this month for the Bead & Button Show in Milwalkee, WI. It is the biggest consumer bead show and I will be selling my lampwork beads. Gretchen will be right there with me and I know she will be a BIG hit.
