This is my first ever tutorial, I've had some good comments already and do plan on making a needle felted video tutorial but hopefully even though this is very basic for beginners it will help someone else

Re: JANUARY CHALLENGE - YOUR FELTING TUTORIAL
Jess - nice tutorial - just a suggestion, you might remind people about wool shrinkage when making their template. Otherwise, they might assume that they can just measure a template the same size as their foot and then their slippers would be too small.

Re: JANUARY CHALLENGE - YOUR FELTING TUTORIAL
Hello all,
I did a tutorial on how to make a flat piece of felt. I did it on word and don't know how I can get you to see it? Hmmmm....

Re: JANUARY CHALLENGE - YOUR FELTING TUTORIAL
Shelley - Do you have a way to turn the word file into a PDF file? Most programs have a way to do that now. You could then put the PDF file on your website for a "free tutorial" which always draws traffic and then you could provide a link here. Make sense? If not, let me know.

Here it is for everyone who was asking. Let me know if I left anything out or there are any questions. I made a flat piece of felt that I will be using to make book covers that look like bark. There is much still left to do to make them covers but this is what the felt looks like now. I'll post the book covers when they are completed.
