Just lovely!!! What do you plan to do with the tapestry? Frame it, Apply it to a quilt or pillow?

This is the second felted heart. I've almost completed the third heart - getting ready for an art auction next Saturday. I'm still not sure if I'm doing this right.

The pillow is on my blog if this doesn't work.

My Primitive Valentine
This little wall hanging Valentine is needle felted on a knitted / fulled (Wet Felted) rectangle that measures 4 1/2 by 3 1/2. There is a beaded border and loop of size 18 seed beads.

A friend posted the pattern as a painting challenge on another forum & since I had no paints, I decided to try it as a felting project.

Charlotte - your little Valentine wall hanging is nicely done. A wonderful way to use your felting skills to "paint".

Thanks to Ruth
Ruth, Thanks so much for making my photo show up. Marie sent me instructions on how to do it, I guess I'm supposed to click the IMG button but for the life of me I couldn't find it. Most of the time I can't even find my last post. I'm feeling a little computer challenged.
If you are in Kalispell we are practically neighbors. I do know quite a few folks from the spinners and weavers guild in Kalispell. I live in St. Ignatius. If you are ever down this way, please stop by.
Today I made pillow number 4. I also posted a picture of pillow #3 on my blog today. I've been experimenting with making the pillows with a ruffle. It is rather cool looking - I've certainly not see any here in MT before. I got the idea from a project by Teresa O'Brien in one of the new felting books. Mine isn't turning out quite like hers - but then that's part of the fun. Coming up with something different. Judy
